Detailed Steps to Implement Membership Plans

Step 1: Create a Pricelist

• Navigate to Settings → Website → Pricelist.
• Assign discounts and rules to the price list.
• Specify additional rules for products/categories.

Step 2: Create a Membership Plan

• Go to Website → Membership Tab.
• Add details like duration, name, and introduction.
• Assign the created pricelist to the membership plan.

Step 3: Set Up a Membership Product

• Create a membership product like any other product.
• Enable the "Can be Membership" option.
• Open the Membership Tab and assign the Membership Plan.

Step 4: Display Membership Product on the Front-End

• Customers can purchase the plan based on your set price.
• The plan automatically expires once its duration is complete.
• Customers can track their membership in their My Account section.

Step 5: Automate Membership Activation & Invoicing

• After Sales Quotation confirmation, membership moves to In-Progress state.
• Invoices for membership plans are automatically generated.
