Generate an estimate with the POS order estimate button.

Add customer email and press Create Order

Navigate to Point Of Sale, then go to Orders and select Order Estimate. Click on the Order Estimate option to access the list.

The backend displays a list of all previous estimate records, allowing the admin to review.

The system provides a detailed view of each order estimate in the backend.

The customer receives the order estimate via email with an attached receipt. Click the attachment to view the details.

Customer can view the POS receipt in their email inbox, which they can download or print as needed.

Click New Order Estimate to refresh with new products.

Order Estimate Functionality:- POS users can send order estimates, transparent communication with customers before payment. Simply add items to the cart and use the Order Estimate button to generate and send the estimate to customers.
Dual Button Options:- (1) Create Order:- After creating an order estimate, POS users can click this button to proceed with the current estimate and return to the POS screen with the same cart contents. (2) New Order Estimate:- Use this for sending new estimates. Upon selecting this option, the POS screen refreshes, allowing users to add different items to the cart for a new estimate.
Email Delivery:- Customers receive order estimates via email, provided by the POS user, and they have all the necessary purchase details before payment confirmation.
